Entry Prices and Bundles	Gold Choice Lottery entries are $2 each starting at $20. Great value, bundle options are available as follows: 15 entries for $20, 20 entries for $25, 25 entries for $30, 35 entries for $40, 50 entries for $50, 70 entries for $70, 80 entries for $80, 110 entries for $100, 250 entries for $200, and $0.80 per entry beyond $250. Entries for small overpayments or as part of included entries with MCR Club memberships are $1 each. All existing Gold Choice payment arrangements are maintained and entries are allocated using the highest new paid bundle and 1 entry for $1 for all overpayments.

Sporting Wheelies Gold Choice Lottery Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of Spinal Life Australia’s fundraising Gold Choice Lottery supporting Sporting Wheelies and all our fantastic services and programs.

Spinal Life Australia Ltd is a charitable organisation and the leading provider of opportunities for people with disability seeking rehabilitation therapy, sports and recreation. All funds received from this Lottery support Sporting Wheelies.

This appeal is conducted for Sporting Wheelies by Spinal Life Australia with Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 111 803 475) according to relevant laws including the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW) and Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW).

In these conditions the Lottery entry purchaser, a contact or entry holder as the case may be, is referred to as “you” and Spinal Life Australia and Insight are referred to as “us,” “we” or “our,” as the context requires. Please see the table of particulars above which are included and should be read in conjunction with these terms.

Sporting Wheelies Lottery Prizes

The Gold Choice Lottery First Prize is $ 20,000.00 in Gold Bullion or that sum in cash.

The Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club prizes are: 3 prizes of $ 5,000 drawn each month during the Lottery campaign. You can win more than once.

Gold Bullion Prize
The winner of the Gold Bullion prize will initially receive an official Pool Allocated Bullion Certificate issued by ABC Bullion (the supplier). This certificate represents a share in a pool of physical gold and is redeemable through ABC Bullion in accordance with the ABC Bullion Pool Allocated Product Terms and Conditions.

Redemption into physical bullion (e.g., bars or coins) is subject to the winner’s election and ABC Bullion’s terms, including payment of any associated conversion fees and delivery or collection processes. You will be required to provide full identification.

Entry Purchase

You can enter the Gold Choice Lottery by making a paid purchase or by payment of a pledge to pay for entries. Entries in the Gold Choice Lottery are sold by telephone or on www.goldchoicelottery.com.au, at www.mycharityraffle.com.au or www.raffleresults.com.au

Entry prices: Entries are sold in bundles so the more you pay the greater the benefit for our work and more chances for you. The minimum bundle price is $20. If less than $20 is received for a single purchase, entries are allocated at $2 each. You may purchase entries on more than one occasion and you may be offered additional entries. Sums, credits or balances in a Lottery are allocated entries in the current or successive Lottery.

Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club members are allocated entries based on the total amount paid during each Lottery campaign. Payment toward ticket purchases in each game are made by automatic payment each month. Existing ongoing Sporting Wheelies supporters’ payment sum and schedule will continue to be honoured. That existing pricing should change for each supporter to the new standard bundles at the next customer service, upgrade request or payment correction call. These legacy bundle prices are no longer offered for new purchases; 6 entries for $10, 10 entries for $15.

Entry numbers are emailed or mailed or sent via SMA to you. Entries are validated for the draw after payment is received. Individual entry numbers may be denominated in integers larger than the maximum number of entries available.

Entrants must be over 18 and Australian residents or if successful in the draw able to receive any Prize in Australia. Our websites may bar entry to persons overseas or in Australian states where sales are not permitted.

We take care to sell to adults who understand the purchase and able to provide payment. We will award the Prize to the selected entrant. Where a purchase is made by a young person, by someone inclined to irresponsible gaming or to a vulnerable person we will happily refund the entry purchase sum if that person has not played in a game. Generally, we are unable to make refunds after a draw in the absence of exceptional circumstances.

To be eligible for entry into a Lottery draw you must make payment prior to the close of the draw. Direct debit payment instructions must be received one week prior to the draw date to ensure payment can be completed. In the event that your paid entry cannot be entered in a draw you will be entered in the next available Lottery. We accept no responsibility for late payment or payment not received for any reason.

Entries may be offered to Sporting Wheelies supporters via new web marketing channels managed by Insight Holdings Consolidated including www.mycharityraffle.com.au

Persons engaged in the management, sales or supervision of the Lottery and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

How To Make Payment For Entries

Entries can be paid for with payment card, BPay, cheque, direct debit or digital payment wallet where available. You may make payment for entries in advance for up to one year up to a maximum of $600 per Lottery. Where you pay with debit or credit payment card and after registration with Westpac merchant processing, we offer to accept payment for subsequent purchases by resubmitting the registered reference number instead of a credit card in order to receive payment. You may decline to use that payment method. Payments falling due on a weekend or public holiday may be submitted by us the day prior and declined payments are retried within five days. To ensure you are entered we may seek payment from an alternate payment method where that has been provided to us. We require payment by a person over 18 years of age.

For other methods of payment, please call the Lottery Hotline. Payments greater than the agreed price, will be rounded down to the next bundle and the excess applied to single entries. Payments received by invalid international or interstate entrants will be returned where possible or retained as donations.

Where funds are received as a donation and the amount is $20 or more, a receipt is issued. Spinal Life Australia has tax deductible gift status issued by the ATO.

High Roller Ongoing Supporters

You can become a Sporting Wheelies High Roller by accepting our offer during our telephone call, by joining on our website or by calling the Lottery Hotline. Club members will pay for and be entered into all Gold Choice Lottery draws as well as bonus Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club draws.

Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club members receive notice of validated Lottery lucky numbers by email or mail in the week prior to each main draw. If less than $20 is received in total for any single Lottery, entries will be allocated to you at the next lower bundle to the sum paid plus 1 entry for each additional $1 received.

By joining the Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club you agree to make an initial payment and pay the chosen sum starting from $15 per month, each month for payment towards each consecutive Gold Choice Lottery. By agreeing to support Sporting Wheelies in this way, you authorise us to automatically debit your payment card or nominated bank account on the nominated basis. You may cancel or amend your support level for your Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club membership at any time prior to the next payment. Existing paying High Roller Club supporter payments and timing are unchanged.

Your kind support can always be put to good use at Sporting Wheelies and its work promoting wheelchair sport and wheelchair mobility. To make that possible, we will notify you if we intend to provide additional entries paid for with an increase in your Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club support. If you do not wish to participate in that notified increase, please let us know before or after that change occurs. We will not increase your support within 6 months of joining or any other increase.

At the time of joining, we hope you will authorise us to automatically increase your support by up to $5 each month, which will start on the first payment date after the anniversary of joining the Sporting Wheelies High Roller Club.

Draw Of Winners

The draws will take place at 2.00 pm on the date (or the nearest business day) and the place stated above. In the draws for the Prize winners, the major Prize will be drawn first, and any other prizes drawn in descending order of Prize value. A winner and all entries can win again in each further Prize draw in this Lottery for which the entrant is eligible. All winners are notified by telephone and registered mail. The Prize-winning entry numbers and winner’s suburb are published at www.goldchoicelottery.com.au, www.sportingwheelies.org.au, www.mycharityraffle.com.au and www.raffleresults.com.au the day after the draw. Details of winners’ names or addresses are not published or available, unless authorised by the winner. To help promote our work, we will ask you to be photographed and to make some supportive comments for our website.

Subject to state regulations unclaimed prizes will be retained while every reasonable effort is made to locate the winner. If the winner cannot be located the permit authority will be notified within 7 days of normal contact information being unsuccessful and that the Prize is unclaimed will be published on the Sporting Wheelies website with notice that the Prize winner cannot be located. If the winner does not claim the Prize, a new draw for the winner will be conducted 21 days after the first draw.

Fundraising Service Provider

The proceeds of this fundraising Lottery are applied to our work supporting wheelchair mobility. Fundraising services are provided by Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd. Suite 5.02, 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. There is an agreement with Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd to promote or conduct this Lottery. Lottery management, telemarketing, prizes, advertising, fulfilment, merchant fees, additional authorised approved vendors and other administration costs are paid by Insight Holdings Consolidated.

Bonus Games

In the course of any Sporting Wheelies fundraising campaign, we may offer you additional entries with or without a Gold Choice Lottery entry purchase on specific conditions, for example in a Trade Promotion Lottery rules, to promote a Gold Choice Lottery alone or together with other charity fundraising games. You may be offered entries as an incentive to a purchase or entries may be allocated to you if you are already part of the same group of entrants. For example, $80 bundle buyers in a game may be allocated a free entry and those who previously made that purchase will be allocated entries. We will post the particulars of any additional game as an addendum to these conditions or a link to the game’s terms of entry. We may not directly notify you of the allocation of bonus entries.

Direct Marketing

The telephone numbers we use are sourced from the public telephone directory and data suppliers. We only call at times permitted by legislation. If a call is inconvenient, you may request that we call back at either another day or time. Please be aware that ACNC registered charities are exempt from the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003. If you wish to no longer receive our telephone calls, please call our Helpdesk on 1300 471 736 or send us an email and we will remove your telephone number from our calling.

Changes To The Draw

These Lottery conditions which amend or provide for rules which supplement the mandated rules are subject to change and correction. Please check these conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be identified at goldchoicelottery.com.au To protect the operators of the Lottery from any cause which may jeopardise the success of the Lottery for us, we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel or postpone any draw or the series of draws, to recommence them and to change the Lottery game including by refunding payments in undrawn games, changing the Lottery rules, altering the prizes or changing the Lottery draw schedule.

We may in our absolute discretion, change or cancel the current or future draws including recommence them on new conditions in the event of the interference of an outside agent or event in any manner which adversely impacts or hinders the sales processes, the revenue objectives or any other part of the conduct of the Lottery, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, pandemic, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, atomic war, invasion, or strike. Any change under this clause will be notified on our Lottery website. Nothing in this clause limits or alters your rights to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Funds raised from this Lottery are used to support Spinal Life Australia’s work across Queensland. Banks, mail house and other suppliers receive your information to provide services. If you do not provide contact information, we are unable to include you in the draw or provide our services. Data we receive is kept securely in an encrypted form in secured, backed up servers.
